Chef Jenn: Growing up in Middle GA where my grandparents owned & operated a southern style seafood restaurant, I guess I always knew I was going to be in the restaurant biz. You dont get away with your whole family working in the food industry and not learn the tricks of the trait. I consider myself a 10yr seasoned self taught Chef(like Paula Deen&Rachael Ray) I started out training in my family restaurant,moving up thru a few franchise restaurant groups,to fine dining and recently being a Director of Operations at the GA DOME in the food service industry. So, I can make it pretty and move it out fast! I enjoy cooking southern cuisine with a new modern twist. I do small catering gigs around my area. Some day I will go back and finish my Culinary Arts degree
